Preferred product analytics for a Nordic retail conglomerate
Project targets and customer value
Client wanted to provide an improved multi-channel (contact center, mobile, physical, webshop) service experience based on understanding the customers’ purchasing patterns and top products and make near-real time service based actions.
We implemented an Amazon Web Services platform using a serverless architecture, enabling the collection of near real-time data on customers’ purchasing history, identification of preferred products, and feeding of the recommendations into the customer’s online journey.
Currently we are working on building analytics and integrating a customer segmentation into the solution in order to make the service experience even more personal and customized.
